Bedford House project comprises the refurbishment, conversion and extension of a four-storey terraced property in Covent Garden, London. The existing building was originally an office space converted to three-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments across the four floors of the building, with an extension to a fifth floor.

Situated in a touristic area in London’s west end, the flats echo local character through their materiality and volumetric composition. All apartments were completed to a high specification with en-suite bathrooms, timber flooring throughout, and beautiful integrated kitchens with granite worktops.
