The two-storey house in Epping is a locally listed building. Bourne was tasked to refurb this family house which has not been touched for the last 50 years. Including a side extension to accommodate a utility room, we have carefully protected the original elements of the house and restored them. We have renewed all the electrical, plumbing and heating services, and renewed the massive double-pitched roof. Including a full external render, the historical sash windows are upgraded by respecting the original.
