In the heart of London’s Soho, Prix Fixe Brasserie is a charming French restaurant serving contemporary French cuisine. Invited by the client to construct this project, it was important to build a restaurant that represented the restaurant’s cuisine culture. With a well-engineered light well on the roof of the restaurant, it opened the natural daylight to flow in the restaurant. In addition, the restaurant shopfront was completely refurbished with a modern and elegant theme, inviting customers from the busy Dean Street. With a well-organised system and construction plan, this project became a space that invites customers to a sophisticated dining experience.
