Modern Turkish Restaurant Baraka has constructed its first eatery at British Land’s Broadgate development in Central London. Restaurant Property acted for Baraka in securing the new 3,165 sq. ft 180-cover unit on Finsbury Avenue Square. Baraka Restaurant is at the heart of Broadgate, a high-end exclusive area of London.

This project involves the construction of a fit-out of the interior design, including a bar, dining area and kitchen. Combining the history and culture of Baraka with data-driven insight that analyses what makes this space different from the competition. The restaurant's ambience is designed to create a warm, comfortable and relaxed area for customers who dine. This is a design that provides customers with a luxury dining experience that is functional and reflects key insights into this restaurant design.
