The apartment is situated off Dean Street, on the edge of bustling Soho, and lies within a conservation area. The existing large one-bedroom apartment has been converted into a two-room office space.

We have successfully managed the challenges of altering a property in a historical building. Our expertise in using high-end materials featured stunning wooden floors, exposed pipe works, dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows, and refurbished historical radiators to renew the original character of a New York-style loft apartment. Designed by Bourne Architects, we have built every detail of the project with careful attention.
