This project, located at Old Street, City of London, encompassed the demolition, refurbishment and renovation of two sites to create stylish new apartments. The basement, ground and first floors were refurbished to provide a high-quality, modern retail showroom and design studio, with new apartments added above.

Including external cladding works, each apartment has been uniquely designed, incorporating bespoke, hand-built kitchens with integrated appliances. Solid wood flooring and floor-to-ceiling double-glazed hardwood windows have been fitted throughout the bedrooms and living areas. The finished development comprises a one-bedroom first-floor lateral apartment, a one-bedroom split-level apartment and a two-bedroom duplex with a stunning spiral staircase and roof terrace. Key to the success of these spaces was the decision to locate and simplify the staircase to allow improved access between floors.
